I wish I had a camera today but I didnt. If anyone knows what I am talking about or heard of it......I went to the Charlotte Auto fair at lowe motor speedway today. My legs are STILL hurting from so much walking, but anyway I posted a thread about foxes becoming classic and such and we got on the topic of what was worth more STOCK and clean or modified and fast. Well I ran across a fox today that was a 1993 cobra. IT was suppose to be 333 of like 4 thousand and some change. But anyway very sharp car. VERY CLEAN I was looking under the hood and it was BONE STOCK but looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Even all the wiring still had the factory tagging on it (you know like telling where it goes). Anyway it had like 89000 miles on it and then I looked at the price tag and they wanted 21,000 for it. MY jaw did this I said do you get 3 of them for free when you buy this one and they laughed and said no that car is in mint condition I said ok and walked off. LOL No doubt very nice car and very clean (ALOT cleaner than mine) but would you pay 21,000 for a stock 93 cobra..... IDK just seems steap to me, but who knows

That price is a little high. But seriously. The longer he keeps it the more it will be worth. Did he have all the documents that come with it from SVT?

Yeah I think so. I seen a certificate on the dash that had the VIN number on it and said that it was an authentic 333 of 4xxx. I was damn thats awesome. I loved the car but i know if I got it I couldnt leave it stock. I would want to make it faster but still keep the clean look. I know it would be worth more left like that but the HP bug bites me hard and I have to beat if off with a stick but I am sure he had all the paper work. I asked if I could open the door he said no...lol look I looked on through the window..he was like dont get fingerprints of the glass....I was damn dude ok I wont touch it:Zip2:

Yes.

If it was modded....no

Maybe not $21K, but if you put two IDENTICAL cars next to each other with low milage and same condition...i would pick the stocker.

I bought my cars 100% stock. I would never buy someone else's project.

That's somewhat common of a price to be asked. Rare Cobra. Low miles. What do you expect?

I wouldn't pay it, but I have seen 93 Cobra's sell for close to that, but they had lower mileage.

Off-topic... mustangfan I see you're in Lenoir - I'm moving to Newland in August and don't know any other stang guys down there, we'll have to cruise sometime. Every been to Tail of the Dragon? I would like to make it there before summer is over.
