i recently picked up a set of mac mufflers for free, and now have a set of flowmasters on my car. which one do you prefer, mac or flowmaster??

saweet then ill be doin em today, and yes they were free. went to local trash dump and they were in the metal scrap bin. the guy runnin the place said take em, so i did

hmmm... wonder why they threw them out. they could have sold them on craigslist or ebay

MACs sound great, that's what I'm currently rocking...tho i miss the sound of a bullet style muffler, lol....im an exhaust whore!

well i did it, i swapped them, and i absolutly love it. as far as why they got thrown out i dont know, but there was nothing wrong. they were still a little shine on the inside, and black powder coat had 1 scratch on 1 of the mufflers. they were cut off right at each end of the mufflers, the only thing i could think was the person might have thought they were to load. i agree they are loader than my flows, some of the guys round here are pansiys. I LOVE THEM (the mac mufflers). thanks for the encouragement.

+1 on the exhast whore, me too. but i think im gonna stick with the mac mufflers for a while
