I think low 14's at high 90's is a very good guess. With a sticky tire you may hit a high 13, I would say 13's are almsot a given if you added ASP underdrive pulleys and a set of gears to your mod list.
Depends on how much time you have in at the track, it takes time and pratice to rip off good times. You can have a 12 second car and still run 14's if you dont know how to drive at the track.

Agreed, without the gears you'll have trouble getting 13's IMO. Unless you're lucky enough to have 3.27's from the factory then you may have a slight chance. Do the exaust and take it to the track. Then add pullies and 3.73's and go back. You'll have a 13 second time slip for sure.
