you understand what Im saying though? Im not knocking you at all.UDTBadkarma said:HAHA hey dont be shy man call it what it is. I am a rookie, ESPECIALLY compared to SVTTECH, i wouldn't want to read a gear install write up written by myself either LOL i have no idea what im doinI'm starting to wonder if i should even really do this myself, or what. Brings a whole new meaning to "fear the gear" for me LOL
I will probably do a write up though, but it would be a brief walk through, nothing like SVTTECH could offer.
In fact, im looking for some gear install write ups as well as a traction lock rebuild write up...which i can't seem to find anywhere...![]()
When I was a jet mechanic and I trained a new guy, I'd let him do a certain job once then ask him questions about what he did, why he did it, and have him explain it to me. Never had a guy who could answer all the questions and explain everything without doing it at least twice (that includes myself). When it comes to being a mechanic, experience beats all. So in doing a write-up, knowing the ins and outs, WHY you did this or that and what could happen if you do it wrong, is important and good to know.
