What Do You Use To Clean CD HU?

Been needing to clean my JVC HU. Is there a certain CD that is best for cleaning. I have some, the ones with the little brushes on the cd and u just put it in to play and it cleans the optical. Is this ok to use? I figure it is, but just thought I would get some input before I screw it up. Thanks

ive never cleaned a single one

im going to assume they are all the same with the little brushes, just get one of those and you should be fine.
