WHat does it take to put an 03-04 Cobra bumper on a 99+ GT??

Posting this for a friend of mine who recently had a minor fender bender and damaged the front bumper of her Comp Orange '04 GT.

SHe wants to change the bumpers to either an '01 or '03 Cobra bumber.

She prefers '03 Cobra but isn't sure if it can be done. I've heard that the hood gap isn't always perfect.

WHat needs to be done to make the 03 Cobra bumper work? WHat about fog light hardware??

I think that would look great with my 03 cobra hood, but I'd hate to be pretty much wasting the 3 piece grille delete and chin spoiler I already have.
