Roush what does Saleen do to the C-piller???

wait i think i jsut figured it out. the stock gt C -piller runs along the back of the window. where as on my saleen the c piller is smaller and theres a black peice instead ofa i peice cpiller. is this the case? also does saleen put something on top of like the door area on the roof? cause it looks like something was added on there too. ill take pics tomorrow if u dont understand me.

Blue Blurr Bro,

Sometimes your wording and absence of capitals gives me a headache. Sometimes it just makes me laugh. I'm only messin' with you. Nice S281. My buddy has a dark blue 02 and it always stands out. In fact he had to replace his hood on his car not long ago because the stock GT hood scoop tore off while he was driving on the track in excess of 145 mph. Very cool. Luckily it flew over his car and not into his windshield.
As for the Saleen C-pillar treatment. The plastic C pillars on the mustang are one piece and Saleen's part is a direct replacement. The painted portion of the part creates more of an arch than the stock GT piece giving it a smoother, cleaner roofline from hood to trunk instead of curling back around to the fender. This part was created for the 99 and up cars and is the most left out part when someone purchases the Saleen body kit/clone. They can be found on E-bay often. I always wondered what they would look like on my 95.

Yea they make it thinner, My car as stated above being a clone, has Ford OEM C-pillars like this:

Saleens Look like this:

Any questions? :nice:
