Anyone using 275 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials on a 17x8 wheel?

I keep hearing people say that Nittos run narrow so their 275 drag radials work well on a 17x8 wheel. Is anyone using BFG or MT drag radials (not slicks) on a 17x8 wheel? Any feedback? Pics?

I have the 275/40/17 BFG's and they gave me a best 1.817 60' time... I am trying the MT's next.. .

Are they narrow? I thought 275s would bulge on a 17 x 8 rim?

I think they do a small amount, just depends on if you mind it or not. When I had my 17x8 cobra rims I ran BFG DR'S on them size 275 also, I never paid any attention to it. I am thinking we had this discussion a week or so ago .
