Im looking for a complete engine so I can throw in my stang. But what year explorer long block wil work on my car? I know I need to take of the oil pan and alot stuff to make it work on my car. Just making sure what I need.
Any 5.0 Explorer engine will work. Just know that the late 97 up models used the GT40P heads. Those heads need a special header to clear the angled plugs.
