What Flex fan? Clockwise or Counter

I just installed a flex fan, but I think I made an Oopsie. I installed a Clockwise rotation fan. I did not do my homework and I believe that I have messed up. I have and 87 GT and believe that it requires a Counter Clockwise fan. Can anybody tell me which one is it?

Do you have a single serpentine belt or two belts on your motor? Single belt motor water pumps run counter-clockwise along with the fan. Any doubt? Start it up and observe which way it turns.

As jb alludes to, the engine runs clockwise; with serpentine belt and reverse-rotation water pump, the pump/fan turns counterclockwise.

I still messed up. installed the Clockwise fan. No wonder is was not cooling that good
