What fuel pump for a mild 306?

also, a side question:

stock 95 GT 5 speed - 28 or 31 spline axles?

Depends on whether you need a new traction lock.
If you do, go all 31 spline, if you don't you have no choice but to use 28

A fuel pump is cheap and is easily replaceable, no need to get bigger if you don't need it.

Yep, 28 spline is factory...no need for a 31 or really any upgraded axles for quite sometime for ya! good luck
