What if Ford decided to put the 351 windsor inside of our sn's back in 94 instead of 95 cobra r of course we would be out of business right now but anyway performance wise etc.....what do u think
Back in 94/95 ford already had plans to install the 4.6 engine in the Mustang. They weren't putting much R&D money in the old pushrod motors.
That being said, I think that staying with the pushrod motor while keeping within emissions limits. Ford would have gotten about 325HP out of the aging motor, enough to keep up with the new GTO. However Ford's overall emissions rating would be higher then it is now.
