Just curious, i hear these terms talked about a lot, and i guess i dont really understand what is the difference between a lets say kenne Bell and a stock 03 cobra Eaton?
What is the difference between a roots blower and a twin screw?

Those are both twin screws I believe. Roots is the blower style on the older carbed cars where the blower sticks out the hood usually lol
no...
they are both positive displacement blowers. thats about all they share together.
edit: after reading the above link to see if i could add anything to it... nope no point it pretty much covers it.
eaton = roots blower
kb and whipples are screw blowers
