Just like the title says, I know that KOEO is with the engine off, and KOER is engine running, but why does it matter if the engine is running? Also, would you not get the same codes if you ran the test just KOER?
KOEO = Key On/ Engine Off (you can't get codes with the key off - no power to the computer's main circuitry. There is only stand by power with the key off to maintain the KAM memory)
I understand what the acronyms mean, but why does it matter if the engine is running or not? If you ran the KOER test, would the KOEO codes show up with it?
