You can always cut your stock belt, wrap it around the pulleys then mark and measure it to get a perfect length. That's what I did.

I doubt the smog pump is causing your backfire. Since you're not running cats, the smog pump probably isn't even running to your H pipe. However, if you don't have cats and don't live in a state w/ testing, might as well pull the smog pump....might not be a bad idea to keep it back though "just in case" you need it later

Power steering pump too

If you do route around the power steering pump, does that mean you have to replace it with something else for a steering box or something, or what kinda work is it to do to do this? Also what kinda gains do you expect from doing something like routing around the ps pump, I already route around the smog pump?
