What is this??? (electrical) PICS!

In this picture you are looking at a yellow wire holding a 20 amp fuse (kinda blurry). It comes off the starter solenoid and connects itself to a black wire with a white stripe. That wire disappears into the loom. In the background you see a blade connector that is attached to two black wires with white stripes. The connector is obviously not connected.

What kind am I looking at???

looks to me like, the fusable link for the fuel pump. Maybe the owner before you blew the fuse and fixed it with that.

The colors for your 93 are different than my 88, but the defroster fusible link wire is Blk/yel. And the feed for the headlights is blk/or IIRC (in case the wire is dirty).
I suppose, being safe and all that, you could yank the fuse and see what does not work.

Good luck.

Yeah, I might pull the fuse next weekend and see what goes dead.

My car doesn't have a defrost, so I know its not that

I agree. Regarding the bare metal connector just dangling there, I believe Ford had a "test plug" in that area..
