Engine What is this line?

There is an old ctusty (almost clear) hard plastic line that runs along.my undercarriage. I'm thinking it was origionally connected to maybe a charcoal canister? It enters the engine bay, but is just cut off there. I should look in the rear and see if it was connected to the fuel tank. Here is a pic for reference.

Looks like fuel related. Return line or vapor line. If you can post a wider angle shot to show the location better it would be helpful in identifying

Looks like the EVAP line from the tank to the charcoal canister. It does turn to a metal line at some points.

What year/model car is this and where are we looking in reference to location on the car?

1993. Was a 4 banger origionally. Here is a couple more pics. Car now has a Glenns Fuel system installed, so I think that these can get removed? No emissions equipment on the car either. Thanks
