My 93 mustang was missing that plastic piece when i bought it. Ive been using a paper clip. Does anyone know its technical name or where to buy it? Also i think my tv cable is way off. When i bought it tv cable was broke so i bought a replacement and its very very sluggish. Will shift up if you take your foot off the gas and it only goes up to 45 mph. Hoping tv cable just needs adjusting and not the tranny is shot.

Yeah its 2.3 and its a little grey plastic piece that connects the throttle to the tv cable so they can move together

I dont know the name of it, but I bet your best option is to find a 2.3 Mustang at a junk yard that still has its engine, and rob it off there.

May be worth it if you have a bunch of stuff you can scavenge. Plus, who doesnt love a road trip once in a while?
