what is this thing called

alright i got the front bumper, headlights, headlight panel, impact absorber to get alook at the damage to my 90 radiator support needs some convencing to be straight again but i think its fixable, the inner fenders have a couple small spots that need some straigtening. but all and all its dosent look to bad but there is this hard still line that runs up infront of the condenser that is bent, i think it goes to the power steering to help i cool or something. anyone know what this is so i can try to find a new one? or will i have to make one

power steering cooler..click on link this is a similar one to what we have and should work unless you want an oem...

thanks for the help now all i need is a bumper, hood, headlights, and to straighten the radiator support and i can drive it
