what is wrong with this ???

i just bought 94 spindles and i bought 13" cobra rotors and the holes don't line up with the hub holes.?? also the 2 holes on the spindle to mount the front strut they don't reach the strut do i have to compress the strut??

okay well the rotors are wrong so thats that. can anyone help with my strut problem.??
