What is your diagnosis?

So, what would your diagnosis be according to these spark plugs.

1,2,3,5,6,7 are running lean. 4 and 8 seem to be running fine.

I just did a little bit of work on the car(about 3 hours worth), and everything seems to be fixed now.

They might be the wrong heat range. I've heard of brand new plugs having the wrong heat range.

I have been getting the CEL coming on all the time saying passenger side is running lean. I changed the O2 sensors, and it does not appear to be coming on any more. O2's were original ones from 1995.
