Is there a list out there somewhere? Specifically I'm looking to install a Hurst shifter and GTA mufflers... thanks

Mod's only risk potentially voiding certain specific elements of the warranty. As an example if you install the Hurst and then have transmission problems the stealership might try to make you believe that the Hurst shifter caused the transmission problem.

Long story short.....talk to the dealership you would potentially be having any warranty work done at to see how flexible they are to aftermarket modifications.

A Hurst can be installed/uninstalled in an hour, so definitely do that. Intake, tune, shifter, mufflers, underdrive pulleys can all be done without voiding the warranty, or with an easy replacement back to stock. Headers and midpipe can fit in there, too, depending on how easy you consider that.

OK thanks,

I'll go ahead and order the Hurst - it just looks so cool I won't even care if it shifts better

Mufflers don't look that hard to change out from what I have read. Think I might as well go ahead and do those also... I can't imagine the dealership blaming anything on those. I could always change them out like mentioned, just means I will need to hang on to the stockers though.

This one has been asked SO MANY TIMES. Search

There is no complete warranty to technically VOID but the dealer can say they wont cover a problem if its due to a part you installed. I.E. you install a CAI and your radio goes out....thats warranty. But if your install a CAI and there is something wrong with the engine that can be traced to the CAI then you're screwed.
