What parts are needed to do a Licoln/Ranger 5-lug Swap

I am wanting to do a 5 lug swap on my 1993 Mustang LX 5.0. What parts are needed to do this. I know I need the rotors from a Lincoln and the rear axles from a Ranger. What year lincoln and ranger do I need the parts from. Also other than those parts what else is needed. If someone has a list of parts I would appreciate it. Also if someone has detailed instructions on how to do this I would appreciate it. Thanks Travis

mark 7 rotors and 2 driver side ranger axles, because dr. and pass. side are too different lenghts
