I have 2 different offsets, one set for the front of an sn95, one set for the back.
I had the backs on the front, and the fronts on the back.
With a 265 35 18 tire in the back (regular tire), there was no rubbing.
When i switched to a 275 35 18 drag radial, they rub under hard cornering.
But the drag radials are monsters compared to the regular street tires.
For the fronts, i think i have a 245 35 18 (i have to check though), and there is no issues at all.
The rim stretches the tire a bit, but makes it fit even better.
This setup i had the same for my lincoln rotors, and my cobra 13 in brakes on 95 spindles.
Same with the rear, had it with my drums, and my sn95 cobra rear discs.
I would be careful with that fitment. I know the 94-98 18x8.5 wheels were a tight fit. The 99+ 18x9 wheels would be pushing the limit. Has anyone seen 99+ 18x9 Saleen wheels on a foxbody Saleen?

I have, there is a few guys with them in the 5.0 section here. I'm pretty sure they all use 9's. I've even seen guys with the 10's in the rear. It's not the rim that keeps them from fitting, it's the tire.
Keep in mind, rolling the rear fenders is always a possibility, so is removing the quad shock.
I had enough room to use and remove 1/4 spacers in my rear, without effecting anything, when i had a standard tire on the car. Spacers had to go with the drag radials, since they measure over 10 inches wide (with a tape measure, which is a full inch over the regular tires)
