What shop manual do you guys recommend?

I think I have the Haynes. It's all right. Check to see if Chilton's has one out too.

I have the Haynes manual. Its okay. When my friend was wiring up my gauges for me he went by their wiring diagrams and it gave him the wrong wire. I hope that I don't run into other stuff like that. I also bought a service manual cd on ebay for like $10. It was well worth the money. I should have just used that instead of the Haynes manual for the wiring diagram. On Ebay just type in mustang service manual. I'm not sure if they will have your year yet though.

I have the Chilton.. It's alright but they base a lot of the visuals on the 5.0 motor so all of the 4.6 issues are text only..
