Well finally I just got the bassani off road X pipe on. I notice a little difference and it definitly sounds much better. How much does that add, about 15hp? what about for torque?

I'm gonna have about $1700 to put into my car. I was thinking tints, $160, shifter, $185, flowmasters $320+shipping, 4.10's and installation kit + installation is $500..... it's pretty much gonna be exactly like the 96 i had... any other ideas?

I would add subframe connectors and an aluminum driveshaft to your list. Also if I am correct didn't Ford delete the strut tower brace in 98? If so that maybe something else to consider.

yeah definitly the aluminum drive shaft...


also anyone ever try other brand ring and pinion sets? i found some for $160 on ebay rather than paying $190 for Ford brand

spend the extra money! there is a reason, most of us use frpp gears. suspension mods???
