ok guys i have a chance to buy a black 98 mustang with 78,000 miles on it for $6000. i drove it the other day and the power steering squeaks but other then that it drives fine. do you think i would have problems with the power steering? its being sold by a private seller and i was wondering if i should buy it from him or buy one from a dealership???

get a mechanical inspection done. do you know it is the PS for sure? 6k is a little high as well, unless it is in mint condition.

yeah i think im going to offer like 5k. im prolly gonna have the guy get it inspected tonight. thanks for ur reply

no way its not worth that much just check out ebay
