What Should I Offer??

Ok my buddy has a 2003 GT with 18,000 miles on it. He is selling the really nice leathers seats in it. They are in great condition as stated. I have a 98 GT with the 70's looking cloth interior haha. I was wondering what I should offer him??

what color are the leather seats because black i would think would be worth more than say tan or grey.
