What should I use to stick new emblems to fenders?

Hey everyone....actually I'm asking this so when I get the fender emblems I can attatch them. I'm thinking about getting some older GT badges from a 60's mustang or the Torino GT hubcap badges and putting them on the fender where my GT is right now. All of the ones I'm looking at don't come with any kind of adhesive on the back like double stick tape. What should I use to attatch the emblems to the fender? I want it to be just as durable as the stock badges and don't want them to fall off in six months. Any help would be great!

het man the torino's look awsome, but i tried the same ones. cost me 40 bucks and they were just to difficult to modify. i seen them on peoples cars, only on internet, don't know how good they looked close up. mine are just sitting in a little box in my room never going on the car. during modification they became to messed up.

you first have to grind off the two prongs on the back. then the hard part is you have to flatten them cause they are curved. that was a bitch, and that is where they just became too scuffed to put on the car.

i think they are made of white steel, super hard. i got them pretty flat, but they didnt look good by the time i was done.

just take this into consideration, i was very dissapointed.

Thanks ADRENLN for the heads up. What color car do you have. I may just take the gamble and hope I can have better luck than you. We'll have to see though. I have Mineral Grey and I was wondering how the red would look against the Mineral grey. Thank you for your post. Where did you get them by ther way?

I also tried that with my Black Mustang I ordered the Ranchero Tailgate emblms from dearbornclassics they were also going to be very hard to mofify and for 79.90 for two it wasnt worth it. I was going to have to cut the two prongs off and they were still a little two big but they were flat. So not I am going with the red carbon fiber ones from muskatracing.
