I need to replace the fuel pump in my 90 vert and I was thinking of going to a 190L and a fuel pressure regulator. right now I have basic engine mods (MA, injectors, ram air, no egr). I will install a supercharger in the future, but it may be several months. will this pump be too much for now until the SC gets installed? in the end, I want the car to push around 400fwhp (w/ SC). Will this pump support that? Also, what pump would you recommend (reliability wise)? Thanks in advance for any replies.

That fuel pump and regulator will be fine for now and once you get the s/c get an inline booster pump.

would it be ok to just go with a 255L pump? It's only a few bucks more.

should be cool since the regulator takes what it wants and spits the rest back to the return line, which goes back to the tank...

oh yeah, by the way, BBK pumps are made by Walbro, so save the cash and just buy walbro...mine is BBK and it said Walbro on it! BBK just buys them and repackages them and jacks the price up about $25

go for the 255, but make sure it's the high flow version as far as i knwo there is 2, get the hih flow, then you have no fuel worries. that's good for a bit over 500HP and you'll have peice of mind not wondring if you have fuel or not. and it'll take all the upgrades you throw at it.
(thats the next thing on my list to get also)
