What size slick will fit?

I am going to buy some slicks for my car. I want get a dot approved one though. Just because I can go to the street tire test and tune and also slick tire test and tune at my track. Now i have the stock 15 inch 10 holes on my car. I searched on hear and saw people recommeding 26/10.5/15. Seems a little big to me. Anyways i went to a local shop and they said no way to put that size tire on my wheel. And it dosent look like mickythompson makes et streets in a 26/8/15 or something simmiler. I found some hoosier dot slicks that are 26/9.5/15. Will they fit? or is there something else i should get that i dont see. Thanks in advance

i have 26x10.5x15 on factory turbine rims they work great.

is it a 7 inch wheel? And does anything rub?

Turbine is 15x7. Same size as the ten hole

same here i have turbine wheels and those exact tires...and my car is lowered 1.5 inches all around..i launch at 5k and have no rubbing issues at all...the 28/10.5 might be too big but not the 26

I just measured my tires after reading this read. I already have 10.5" tires out back. I knew they were 275s, but didn't know that was 10.5". Looks like I'm buying 15x10 draglites .
