what size turbo do i need?

i wanna go turbo with my car....heheh ...judging by my combo, and seeing that i still have the stock 5.0 H.o block just with all forged internals and the d.s.s main support tray....what size turbine would i need to make about 450-500 at the wheels?

do you wanna do it jy style? or buy a kit? i sayyyyy fab up your own ps turbo kit with 2 1/2" crossovers, and utilize as much of the stokc 4 inch dp as you can, then split to 3 inch all the way back. run about 12 pounds (i/c optional) and with a good tune you could be 500rw. like my buddy, depends on your h/c/i though. stock cams are awesome for turbo setups and if you want to stick with the stock cam id say just throw some 1.7 rockers on the exhaust side and it should scream. oh and make sure if to get the pt38 1.01 cold .83 hot, full spool at around 2900. woooo
