I have the car in my sig and I want to get a set of weld prostars for on the street and track. I plan on quitting when I hit about 600 rwhp. Would a 15x9 be the right size or do I need wider? What kind of backspacing and bolt patter do I need? What about the front wheels. How small can I go there? I would like something on the line of a 15x4.5. I don't drive very much and it isn't Auto X racing it is always drag. If I drive far, I will switch out for my stockers. All in all, I want to have a narrower tire in front than in back and I want enough traction to not spin at the track.

I want it like this pic.

Get 15x10 for the back and 15x4.5 for the front. You'll need a 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. As far as the back spacing goes, I really don't remember and I 'd hate to guess and get it wrong.

for the rear with 15x10's you need 6.5 inch backspacing and for the fronts i have 15x3.5 with a 7/16 inch spacer. You should get 3 inch studs while your at it with open end nuts

ok, I will get the 15x10 with 6.5 inch backspacing. What about the back spacing on the front if I go with a 15x4.5? What kind of tires do you like? I want some of those DOT slicks that look like someone used their thumb nail to groove them.
