What springs do I have??

Thats what is weird, I looked at my rear springs and they do have the isolators installed but the rear still sits lower than the front, could it be a bad shock?? I have the battery in the trunk, but before I put the battery in the trunk It still sit the same, no sub in trunk just battery. Any Ideas on how to even this out

I have been doing some research and it looks like for the convertables there is a different pro kit than for the coupes. It looks like they are saying it drops convertibles 1.3 in front and 1.4 in rear, not sure why but I would like it the opposite. I do have a convertable and that must be why mine sits further down in the rear

seems like thats too low of a drop for the pro-kit. my sportlines are only 2 fingers up front, but 3 fingers in the rear b/c of my LCAs. if you want to raise a rear a little, get some adjustable LCAs and set them all the way up. my rearend raised ~.25"-.5". nice raked look now

Hmmm I wonder if someone put the coupe prokit on your vert? There should be a part # on the spring if you can find it you can look up the kits on Eibach's website and find out which it is. Also might be more than you wanna do but you could pull the front isolators (it'll start to squeak after awhile though) or pull the springs and cut a little off the front.

Thats it, I talked with eibach today and got part numbers for the coupe and thats what I have on my convertable. Now I am not sure what I will do, I was going with new struts and shocks anyways but since I will no longer need the springs on my car I might go coilovers what do yall think
one of the biggest things i *WISH* i had done differently were my shocks/struts. i should have bought the Strange 10 way adjustable coilovers, or at least just the 10 way adjustable shocks/struts. they're the same price as tokico blues (the ones i bought), but allow the adjustment. i really wanted a firmer ride than what my tokicos gave me. the tokicos great for the average driver, but i push my car too hard on the street.

yeah, since I am going to pull the springs I am going to go ahead and do everything shock struts and springs, just don't know if I want to go coilover or not, what are the advantages of coilover to not having them, I know you can adjust the height of car and I also heard that they are lighter is this true?? Also if I do go coilover I will not need my current eiback springs right they come off and all thats on there is the coilovers.

coilovers are great and all. thing is on the older stangs ive heard the horror stories that they tear right through the shock towers. again this is on the old fox chassis. the 95-04 is a bit stronger even though i still keep that in the back of my mind though that it has happened.

the eibach coilovers look sweet though
