What stereo install kit did you guys use to install your head unit?

I have searched on here and haven't found my answer, and I have looked through a couple Wal-Marts for the stereo install kits for our cars and I haven't been able to find any. What did you guys use to install your head units and where did you get it? Thank you.

I bought a kit off ebay, It came with the face plate and the harness adapters.

Metra and Scosche both make them as eaither head unit and 1/2 din EQ mount or just a lower pocket (not as good as the stock one). Late model restoration has the stock lower pocket which is the best IMO. You dont need a dash kit to install a regular din deck into a Fox. Some double din decks will fit just fine too, just not an of the DD DVD decks cause of the tranny tunnel.

none. You don't need a kit as long as you don't have the factory EQ, but you will need a harness adapter available at any car parts place or stereo shop. I have

Cool, thanks for the help guys. I got impatient and went to Autozone and just picked up the wiring harness and put it in. It looks and works great though.

Yeah, mine is like the one in the eBay link. 1 screw in each corner and a slot under the head unit like the factory. I like it.
