I'm sick of my car feeling liek its going to fall apart everytime i hit a little bump. I realize that the suspension is 10 years old soo...what can I do to minimize shock? Can I just buy shocks? I want to spend as least as possible...what will upper and lower control arms do? I don't mind if handling improves, I just want to lessen the bumpiness.

Get some new struts and shocks preferably adjustable ones. Ebay would be a good place to look for affordable control arms as well as struts and shocks.

well base ur suspension setup dpending on what your goals is as far as if ur just keeping it nice and soft for the streets, or drag or if ya like to take it in the twisities, personally if ur just cruisiing around on the streets i dont think u need adjustables

I would say to get new shocks / struts, and then probably new bushings in the control arms. If you like the hight of the stang keep the factory springs otherwise ford offers some decent springs for short cash.

dude i just spent as least as possible too with steeda sport springs, and strange 10way adjustables up front only and it is amazingly better(handling wise/and nicer ride on the road), i still need an alignment but man im so happpy. Im ordering the rear shox also, kuz all of mine were blown and i had crazy brake dive before... . pics are comming soon
