Bad experience???tygr1 said:DO NOT do an engine flush! If the car is fairly new and the oil gets changed frequently, you don't need it.
If the car is older, oil changed or not, you'll wish you never had it flushed when it starts leaking oil from the mains, valve covers, etc.
Engine oil system flush is just a BAD idea for your driver!

When I was young, I accidently put a quart of auto. trans. fluid in a customer's engine. It was a big '61 Plymouth with who knows how many miles on it. It started leaking oil from EVERYWHERE. He had to buy a new car. He ribbed me for years!
