What To Do About My Idiot Mistake???

that sux!!!!!!! that is why everyone should spend $20 and buy a shop manual for their car. In the service manual it tells you exactly what tools you need and exactly what you have to do. boards like this are a good place to get tips and openions, but dont treat it like a bible because people make mistakes and give wrong info. not trying to flame whoever said to use clamps the were just offering an openion. just be careful what you post is correct and if you listen to the post, make sure you double check it with some other source.

very true. i have made mistakes in tech before myself and i do this crap for a living.

This tool is a "must" item when installing new brake pads on vehicles with 4-wheel disc brakes.

Rotate the tool on the parking brake actuator to retract the piston.

Works on most GM vehicles with 1-1/2" brake pistons, most Ford vehicles, Pontiac Fiero, and import vehicles.

Includes plate, 3/8" extension, forcing screw, and adapters

I said C-clamp but it was my mistake that i forgot the rear are not like the fronts. I'm very, very sorry if this screwed you up, I meant no harm and I feel i made the idiot mistake, haha!

it's ok man it's easy too forget.. on any normal car you would have been right.. he probally should have noticed somthing was wrong before they broke.

the only reason i was tring too get him back and kept asking is becuase i was concerned about him drivin the car with messed up rears and i wanted too notify him too check them out again,.
