Im swapping in a 351w into my 94 gt. I stripped the old 302 down to the block. What should i do with my block? Should i sell it? I kinda think i want to build it up and drop it into an older ranger or something unusual. Was thinking about making it carb and bolting it up to a T5. Oh and a side note. How much is a good price to get my 351 rebuilt? I dont have a clean facility to do it and want it done right

Most people are only familiar with local machine shops. Not sure where you live. I know a bunch of places you can ship it too. I might need that 302 block for a friend. He got screwed by dss. Big surprise.

So I was in the Man Cave watching the early years of the UK version of Top Gear (2002-2010, 100 Episodes). I stopped at Episode 30. It was the Porsche Challenge. Jeremy had the 928S, Capt. Slow had a 944 and the small dude had a 924. Long Story short Jeremy's 928 was a pile, it broke, overheated and stopped running on 8 cylinders. At the end of the show they introduced the Porsche seats recliners and Porsche block coffee table to the Top Gear set.

Now I'm on a mission to make an engine block coffee table for my Man Cave.

The chocolate egg in the radiator, classic episode. I think I will go watch it now.

Block wise, or machine wise. Not sure yet on the machine work. We are not going to have a problem finding a new block, there are plenty available. The machinework will probably be done by my engine builder in DeLand, FL. I haven't seen the engine, so I have no idea what's wrong with it. As far as I know, all it needs is new main bearings. The whole engine will have to be checked out though.

The part where he figures out his car is incapable of doing elevensies, so he uses the one tire to make the Chinese symbol for eleven.

I don't think he was doing the Chinese symbol for 11 on purpose. His car was such crapola it was just a good come back on his part.

I think he finds the worst cars in every challenge because its just so entertaining to the viewers. He breaks everything.

By far my favorite Top Gear UK Episode ever "Motorhome Extreme Racing".
