what to do

hey, I ordered a MAC h pipe from a guy off the Corral boards like 2 weeks ago, I got one reply saying he would send it out the 24th, the day before thanksgiving with a tracking #. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I sent the money through Paypal, and still no H pipe. What should I do?

did you order it or did you buy it off of him?

Send him an e-mail asking for the tracking number. If he fails to cough it up in 24 hours, dispute the transaction with PayPal. I always use credit cards with PayPal, just in case they jack me around at all. Gives me a lot of options .

did you check the tracking number when he sent you it?

As Rootus said, dispute it with Paypal. I had to do it once and it made the guy scared and he refunded me within an hour of the complaint.

well, I have now sent him 3 emails, with no response. I purchased this supposidly on the 19th, because on the 22nd he sent an email saying he would send it on the 24th then send me a tracking #. So far I have got nothing in response so I filed a complaint with Paypal. I also did use a credit card so hopefully they will either return my money or ship the dang H pipe. It has been 1 day since I filed the complaint, so hopefully it is resolved soon so I can have my car back on the road.

Well, it all got resolved today. He had major computer problems and lost my email and shipping address I guess, but it is on its way.
