What tool for header to H pipe studs?

What adapter or tool do I need for the header to Hpipe studs? I am putting the H-pipe back on and dont have the right tool I guess.. Thanks...by the way, I figured out the Dist. Prob (thanks Jason)

?? but if I screw with the center piece (the one that accepts wrenches) into the header then I cant screw the other end into the H pipe....

My digi cam is in delaware with my momma picture a head stud.....((((D))))...( = THREADS and D = head of a normal bolt. (accepts the wrench).......so if I tighten into the header then I still have the other side of the D to screw into the hpipe......but I cant tighten the other way or I will undo the header connection.....lol mabye I need to ditch the studs and go get some normal bolts.....

Just get two nuts, tighten them together on the stud and screw the stud into the collector. Then break the two nuts apart and take them off. The stud should be sunk into the collector pretty far. Then put the h-pipe on and put the nuts on and tighten down.

Hey that sounds like it might work....I dont suppose you could draw me a goofy pic similar to the one I did, just so we are thinking the same thing......

its basically called a jam nut, it keeps the single nut from turning so when you turn the srench/socket the stud turns instead of the nuts, when you get it threader throught the h-pipe flange, and into the headers threaded flange. then when you get the stud threaded through the h-pipe flange and into the header flange, remove one of the nuts and tighten down the one nut to pull the flanges together, it is easier with a bolt.

Here's a crude pic. Just tighten those two nuts until you can turn just the stud to the right. The stud will sink into the collector. Then just break the nuts apart. Take them off and attach the h-pipe.

I might be misunderstanding the post but the stud does not screw into the h-pipe if that's what you are asking. The stud screws into the header, then the h-pipe slides over the studs, then you put the nuts on the studs and pull the h-pipe up tight.
