What tranny do I have and other fluids questions

Hey guys, I`ve got a Haynes manual on the way, but I dont have a owners manual to answer these questions. I have an automatic transmission, is it the 4R70W? What fluid specs, and capacities is recommended for the engine, tranny, power steering fluid and rear end? Thanks!

It is a 4R70W, mine took about 13 quarts with it dry (i.e. everything dry including torque converter)
