What up with these turbos

I have seen these turbos on the web they are selling T/3T/4 hybrid turbos made by turbonetics entire install kits with waste gates blow off valves intercoolers and boost gages and piping its an entire kit claims to put out up to 700 hp all for around 1,000 bucks how is this possible it looks super nice too.

I was wondering what is the T/3 T/4 hybrid turbo all about is it any good

also has anyone ever used this stuff

First off, they are not turbonetics turbo's but rather cheap Chinese knock-off's that will likely fail within the first year of use.

The material is sub-par quality as is the workmanship and welding. Nearly all components are equally crap....and most will likely have to be replaced sooner or later (my guess is sooner).

Keep in mind, many of those kit's are incomplete as well. Many don't include a downpipe, and all will require the standard fuel upgrades as well as a tune.

Take a look at what you will typically see within the first year of use with those cheap e-bay kits.....

Why not to use cheap 304 stainless

Nice link I have read a lot of threads on the web about the Ebay kits. $4000 kit compared to a $1000 kit. Usually if its too good to be true......Of course there is always the much cheaper built it yourself kits.

It's a turbo....of course it did.




Seriously though, I have no idea. If it was setup properly...it should have.
