none of the above should be an option for those choices. I can't remeber the last time I saw a stang with mods driving around that does not have one of those setups on it.

Bah, save yourself some money and buy my 16x7.5 five star rims that are OEM on 99 and 00 GT's.

I have a set of 18x9 chrome 03 Cobra's and i think they look bad a$$ on my Sonic blue Mustang, But i guess the question is what are you looking for in a rim, If your looking for looks get a 18 inch rim, if your looking for performance stay with a 17 inch rim.if you want traction get some drag radials

seems like most people prefer the machined finish over chrome for 03's

Probably most people prefer the machine finish because chrome is heavy and cost alot more, not a good wheel for taken to the track, thats why i have my stock 17 inch with drag radials.

i know recently someone had a post on his new 17x10.5 rear 03 cobras if i remember he said that the wheel with a tire weighed something like 57/58 lbs. thats a lot of wieght anybody have any idea about how much more the chrome would weigh?
