Have a 94 GT with 5.0 that is all stock, it is a 5 speed car, looking to do these mods to car, 4.10 gears, new air filter setup K&N, new shorty headers with off road h-pipe, single chamber muffs with turndowns at rear axle, will this get me high 12's or is more needed , don't want to spend a lot , trying to achieve on budget

I think you will need a HCI combo to get there.

HCI, FI, NOx can get you there and then some. NOx has the lowest initial cost, though of course refills will cost you. You might be able to get close by putting your car on a serious diet.

Need slicks if you're planning to launch that hard. Control arms will help too.

9-10.5 inch wheels. Iv been told theres 10.5 in cobra wheels, iv got 9in that barley fit but who knows. If you dont want full slicks nitto makes good street/strip tires. If your trying to do minimal engine mods(cuz it does get pricey) rear suspension is a huge factor. Lakewood drag shocks have great reviews, i have yet to try them but theyre on the list. Ac and smog deletes are cheap horsepower. Gt40 swaps are also budget parts. But none of this is inexpensive if your paying labor rates. Idk what resources your workin with. I wouldnt mess with NO2 until its runnin 12s unless you need it to get over that wall. Iv seen projects go real bad leaning on nitrous (pretty proud of that pun) for all their power. plus its not a cheap setup and its a complex install if you havent done it.
Sorry for the extended version of my opinion, im in the same boat, mostly stock trying to get numbers with out big mods. Just keep in mind you can go faster without making more power.
