what will i get at the wheels, hoping for high 12's on motor, so 300whp??

also looking at a 150 shot nitros
hoping for mid high 11's on juice??
so 420whp??

You should be all over your goals!!! I had old school twisted wedge heads, TFS1 cam, street heat intake, 65mm TB, lightning maf, BBK shorties and 3.55s and laid down 267rwhp/283tq and ran a best of 8.13 in the 1/8 mile which loosely translates to hight 12's. Was a fun fun setup, you wont be disappointed!

36# are a bit overkill IMO. With the tfs kit you'll probably see 300ish if it's a manual car. If you can drive, you can get into the 12s.
What nitrous kit are you planning to use?

Yeah i would say without the bottle you should see about 300/320. With good tires,ans syspension i'd say 12.8-13.1 at about 100MPH.I'm gonna be leanning more to the 13 flat times tho. peace

300RWHP shouldn't be an issue with that combo, Id also suggest the 30# inj. They no longer make the 80mm MAF so youll have to go 75mm or 95mm

FWIW- You can go 12's on what you have with some suspension work and a good pass. Back in the day I was able to take my stock 169,000 mile motor 12.89 @ 104mph, 1.60 60ft and I am a very good driver...took some practive

They no longer make the 80mm MAF :

You can still do 80mm MAF if you use the cobra one, which is what I'm going to use. Also, I have TF 185 CNC heads, Track intake, and Stage 2 cam, and 30's is all I need, so I would only get 30's or you could have fuel problems. Also make sure your pump is up to the task. I also assume that you have a FPR already....
300 at the wheels should be close, I am only expecting about 400ish at the crank, so about 340 at the wheels

I actually ran my 8.13 on stock 19lbers, stock fuel pressure regulator and stock fuel pump. When we replaced the pump, injectors, fuel pressure regulator and mass air meter it was thrown on the dyno for a safe tune which actually seemed to slow it down some. I dont recommend you run it that way, but I did for a couple weeks daily and 3 or 4 track visits no problem! Make sure, whatever you do, you get a good tune. It will not only make it all work together, but it will make sure everythings safe and happy.

Now , is there a cheaper head cam intake package I can use to get into the mid high 12's for less than 2500 bucks ie explorer heads, comp cam, and cobra intake ??? Obviously still doing the fuel upgrades and such and then still hit mid 11's on 150 shot of nos ???
