This is kind of long, and I guess i am more venting than anything. Well, it started out as ex-boyfriend problems. My girlfriends ex is nuts. It started out him callin her all the time and following us when we were in town, then he called and said if i dont break up with her he is going to kill me family, so i can suffer, then he is going to kill me. His moms boyfriend is some 28yo drug dealer who has been in and out of jail for drug trafficing and shooting or something, and he told my girlfriend that he was going to shoot me, so i got a gun for self defense. After this kid said he was commin after my family, i had to go to the cops, so i made a police report and the threats and phonecalls stopped. This was a few weeks ago, and the other day i was in town and my girlfriend and i were on my porch all day. Her ex drove past my house countless times trhough out the day and night, the last time bein around 130am. She left about 145am and i went out back to let my dog out. When i went out to get my dog, she was barking and i smelled smoke, i went out to the garage and it was on fire, and im sure the kid set it on fire. I almost had my mustang, my 69 R code mach 1, my dads 429 71mach1, SHO, 88benz, 325bimmer and my sisters mountaineer burnt down, not to mention the guy living on the other end of the garage in an apt we own. The fire was started min before i got there and i got it just intime. the cops came with the fire chief and determined it was arson, so it wasnt an "electrical fire" or any accident. normally i would just try and fight the kid, but he is mentally unstable and has a dangerous drug dealer to back him up. what would you do in my situation?? im tryin to stay smart about this without gettin anyone hurt.

sorry thats so long, here is a pic of my car for somethin to look at haha

Well you have the cops involved which is the best thing so far that way if anytihgn else happens you have it on record that **** was happening. Do you or her have a restraining order on him? If not maybe you should get one and if he comes near your house get him locked up.

I've kinda had the same problem with my gf's ex. Both in a way the ones only 16 and kept saying he was gonna kick my ass and blah blah I'm 23 and have a permit to carry a gun also friends with a few cops in my town. got tired of the kid and told one of my cop buddies if he came near me I'd kill him he just said I don't think you'll have a problem I was like I'm just telling ya lol.

But the worst is her one ex is like my age did some stuff to her in the past like beat her up while they were dating which was why she left him, and abducted her friend and beat her up pretty good jumped my gf and pulled her through the woods holding a knife to her throat. The guy has issues as you can tell. Well he shows up at her work and just sits there and Told her one time not to tell me about it cause if she did he would kill me so she kept it from me for a while then finially told me about it and told me that one night after I took her home he followed me so he knew where I lived. He is the reason I bought my gun. He comes near me he ain't walking away. Unless I'm not carrying it that day lol.

Just keep your eyes open man if he comes around be ready. Permit or not and legal age or not dude comes to your house and you feel your life is in danger shoot to kill bro

First, is she worth it? I know they're all evil and sent here to suck the life blood out of us men, but is this girl worth it? And why did she choose someone like that before you? If you see it going all the way I suggest you try and make it work, and make sure you get some sort of restraining order on him or something, to get something in the books. If you're not sure of your future with her, get out now, it will only get worse.

As long as you love her, let's not question the girl. Every girl has hooked up with shady ass dudes in the past, whether you know or not. If you don't love her, seperate your happy ass from that situation as quick as you can. Are you sure someone could've been in the garage and you not have known? Or caught them? This moron is just trying to intimidate you. I used to get in so many fights as a teenager it was rediculous. I've been shot, I've been stabbed, and "fighting honorably" just isn't worth it anymore. There's no point in being manly and kicking his ass. Carry your weapon (don't be stupid about that either) and be prepared to use the ultimate form of intimidation. I went and got a concealed weapons permit for that exact reason. I've pulled it twice over the years, and it has a magical way of putting bad situations to a stop. I guarantee if he's messing around your house, and you pull a gun on him, he'll see his pathetic life flash before his eyes. Just remember, only pull it if you have to, don't pull it to shoot him, just pull it to regain the upper hand of a crappy situation at your house.

1. MAKE SURE THE COPS KNOW EVERYTHING AS IT HAPPENS. KEEP THEM INVOLVED.

2. TELL EVERYONE WHO LIVES AT YOUR HOUSE WHAT'S GOING ON

3. HAVE YOUR NEIGHBORS KEEP AN EYE OUT

4. DON'T TRY TO BE A BADASS SUPERHERO, JUST PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY

5. MAKE SURE YOU GET LAID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. TELL HER IT'S THE ONLY WAY YOU'LL FEEL BETTER ABOUT THIS SITUATION.

6. NUMBER SIX

7.

If i was you, i would deffinately get a restraining order, that way if he so much as comes by your house you have enough reason to send him to jail, hopefully before he causes more trouble. Also i would talk some more with the local authorities about your rights and options. Also having your neighbors look out for your house would be a good idea also. And like Walker said, just pull your weapon, unless your in immediate danger, like he is charging you. A couple of my friends carry two magazines, the one that is loaded in there pistol when they carry is full of blanks, and the other one with live ammo is on there hip or elsewhere. So should the "assailant" get ahold of the gun he has no means to use it against you.

I would wait until he's on your property and then shoot him right inbetween the eyes... but put up a 'tresspassers will be shot' sign first... Or shoot him in the foot, hang him from a tree by his arms, and let him bleed to death...

Okay, so maybe I'm the mentally unstable one..

With something like that, next time he tries something, just say you actually saw him do it. You already KNOW he did.

Damn, we've got a lot of crazy mofo's in this place. lol. Can't blame you, if someone put my car or family in danger, I'd be waiting to hurt them extremely bad. I don't know about killing a person, but maybe cutting off one of his limbs has a greater effect. I've thought of different ways to torture someone who deserves it and SLICING flesh off their body is up in the top 5.

Or you could always tape him to a chair, and play whack a mole with a 12lb sledge hammer and his 10 little piggies.

Don't listen to everyone on here, they aren't in your position so they really can't make the right call. Its easy to say "just shoot him" because only you are going to have to pay the consequences.

There is one much better solution, SLEEP WITH HIS MOM, THEN TELL HIM ALL ABOUT IT!!!!

i diagree with a couple of you. If you pull a gun on someone you use it. If you don't that have a legal right to come back on you for pulling a gun on them. Thats why you only pull if if you feel your life is in danger and shoot to kill because again if you don't they can come back on you and sue you for shooting them.

Can you fix the psycho ex up with someone? My psycho ex stopped stalking me when she got a new boyfriend.

I think both you and your girlfriend need to get personal protection orders or whatever they call them where you live against this guy. You've both got more than enough basis for it. Fear of jail or police harassment may keep the nutjob away from you two for long enough that he fixates on someone else.

Jesus Christ...I really don't think murdering the guy is the right option here...The guy may be psycho, and I've known some in my time, but I've never, ever considered buying a gun and killing the guy...(I'm not saying this is your plan, just some of the advice you're getting makes me a bit quesy)

Do you have a lawyer? If not, get one. He's your best source of advice. And that's my advice. That, and come to Canada and I'll teach you some Hapkido and you can break his arm in three places if he ever attempts to pull a hand cannon on you

just call the police and tell them that you dont feel safe and that you think this guy might come try to kill you. they should put your house or apartment on their route and make sure everything looks normal atleast. give them his license plate number and name and they will keep an eye on him. worst thing you can do is pull a gun on him. make this guys life a living hell. do what was said before, make sure you tell your neighbors whats going on so they can keep an eye out if youre not there. actually something fun that is really annoying is to go online to all these stupid websites where you sign up for something and they dont stop calling you and mailing you stuff and put his address and phone number in. go to like 100 of them so his phone rings nonstop all day long
