what would your next mod be?

Short shifter if you don't have one, Anderson Ford PMS- I heard good things
Pro-Flow PIH kit-cures the delay in WOT, also avail. w/ BAP sensor-much more acurate
Steeda 5-Link
Slotted rottors would awesome w/ ur wheels!!

get a new midpipe.
shifter
cam
you already have tweecer so your good for tuning
MSD would be a good idea after the cam, as for right now, i don't think it is gonna do anything.

Depends on what the hell you want to do?

Race down the dragstrip???
Tear up the twisties???
Enter a car show???

Gotta be more specific.

Seeing as how most are into straight-line speed, I'll assume that's what you want to know. I"d suggest a better h-pipe than stock.

what do i want?

i don't go to the track.

i don't want to piss off the wife (or neighbors) with a loud exhaust. my son would love it tho!

i'm not into entering car shows, but i do want to hide the wires and tubes under the hood.

the stang is my daily driver. i need to be able to drive it to work and home every day.

i want to make the car as fast and as fun to drive as possible without taking it out of commission for more than a day at a time.

sounds like a short shifter is a good next step? i can do that myself in an hour or two, can't i?
subframe connectors.....if your spings ect aren't doing the trick already. My favorite mod so far (even though I have only a few)
sorry, the guy before me installed some, but i forgot to put them in my sig ... they're in there now :)

Well I just ordered a Vortech Supercharger so I might be a little biased :) Whats your budget? I recommend you put some good heads on like some trickflows or edelbrocks and a cam. Does't have to be custom. My friends comp 270 cam with edelbrock heads is making good power, about 20more hp than the avg afr/fti car and thats with out much needed longtubes. 323hp/348tq to be exact on a 10.5:1 dss 306. His car would be even better w/ longtubes.

A shifter and an H pipe are good mods as well.

A new mid pipe would be too loud if you want to keep you car sounding mellow. I would suggest a shifter. On my old 5.0, I never got one because I always thought my stock shifter was fine and not worth replacing. Untill I drove my friends foxbody after he put a steeda tri-ax shifter in. Wow what a difference. So much more precise, shorter, smoother.
