what year fenders do I have?

Well, he said fender, not quarter panel, but it's the same. Federal regulations had the manufacturers put corner marker lights/reflectors on the '68 model cars. The front fenders of the '68's got marker lights and the quarter panels got reflectors. There is a difference in quarter panels as the early quarter panel has a surface mount reflector and there was an indention on the later quarters for a recessed reflector. My personal favorite look is a '68 with the '67 grille and fenders and the early '68 quarters with no reflectors and the scoop trim removed.

Sorry Kendall, I just sort of scanned over your post, I thought maybe you were just talking quarter panel as I've heard plenty of people call them rear fenders. I've also heard the term front quarter panel. Semantics I guess

But all the '68's I've seen that are original all have the front corner lights under the front bumper. And all the '68's I've seen that are original have wither the surface mounted reflectors on the quarters or the recessed ones. That's the only difference in quarter panels that I'm aware of for '68 and as far as I know, all the front fenders for '68 were the same. Usually the repop parts are for '67-'68 and don't have a hole in the front fender (ala '67) and the rears are more like the early '68 quarters that had the surface mounted reflectors, with no holes for the reflectors or the '68 scoop trim and definately not the holes and bracing for the '67 trim.

I'm betting the right fender is either a '67 fender or a repop fender. My repop fender I bought for my '67 'vert fit like crap. I really had to rat-tail file the headlight bucket holes out to get it to fit anywhere close to right.
