What Years Had Blue Lights Instruments Clusters

I have an instrument cluster with blue lights for the mileage etc. I bought it for my 2004 thinking my cluster was bad and it isn't. Does anyone know what were the years that had the blue lights? I am pretty sure when I bought it the seller said it was a 98. I need to sell it on eBay. Thank you.

98 for sure had them. But they have a manual rotary mileage (not digital). 99/00 would be my guess but I've never owned one of those years (they share everything else interior wise with 98's) and they would have a digital mileage indicator.

99 GT with a blue cluster and digital (VFD) odometer. My 98 Cobra was the blue cluster with the analog odometer.
